COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY TGJ 2A/G
CRITERIA FOR CREDIT
Students will develop basic hands-on skills and a theoretical understanding in
several facets of Communications Technology ("Comtech"). Acquiring this background
will help most students develop lifelong skills for their long-term careers. This
course consosts of three areas:
Computer skills (basic design, graphic design, desktop publishing, digital photography,
image enhancement)
Still photography (composition/design theory, technical theory, printing)
Video production (production planning, single camera/studio production, post-production)
70% practical work
30% final evaluation
